SPIRIT AND LIFE
The Bible said—“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” John:6:63 (KJV)
“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” Galatians:5:16 (KJV)
Spirit and life is very important and very active in our Christian activities and our Christian life, but the devil is fighting against it in our life through the lusts of the flesh. The answer to conquering the lusts of the sinful nature (flesh) is the Holy Spirit of God. The believer is to walk in the presence and the power of the Holy Spirit. It is the only conceivable way he can keep from fulfilling the lusts of the flesh. Please I want you to know that no person has the power to control the lusts of the sinful nature. Every person knows what it is to have his sinful nature craving after something, to have it yearning and yearning to lay hold on something. The sinful nature is very strong and very difficult to control. This is the first reasons why a believer’s only hope to control the sinful nature is the spirit of God.
The Bible said—“But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.” Romans:7:23 (KJV)
“Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.” Romans:8:7 (KJV)
“From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?” James:4:1 (KJV)
“Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.” James:4:2 (KJV)
Our strong desire for the things of the flesh has led to the untimely death of so many people all over the world. The crave for the things of this world is affecting the entire population of the earth because the sin of one man or a group of persons can affect a nation or more irrespective of the people involved in the sinful act. The deadly plague and evil disease like CANCER, HIV//AIDS, EBOLA DISEASE, Etc, that are killing people today before their time is as a result of lusts of the sinful nature — So many nations of the world have legalized GAY Marriage or Same-Sex Relationship and so many evil activities being practiced today that are against the command of God. Please GAY Marriage and other evil activities are unrighteousness and an abomination before God and attract death punishment from God, if we fail to control our desires for the lusts of the flesh.
The Bible said—“If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. 14. And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you. 15. And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast. 16. And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.” Leviticus:20:13-16 (KJV)
“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10. Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.” 1st Corinthians:6:9-10 (KJV)
The Bible said—“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:n. 27. And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29. Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers. 30. Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,. 31.Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:. 32. Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.” Romans:1:26-32 (KJV)
“Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness. 20. Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies. 21. Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” Galatians 5:19-21 (KJV)
Jesus Christ said, the word that I speak they are spirit and they are life which means we need the word of God dwelling richly in our life for us to have a good life and that WORD is Jesus Christ himself. So we need to have Jesus in our life through the Holy Spirit that will dwell in us to comfort and empower us to live our life according to the will of God.

Most people think that their body is a very big asset to them which they have worked hard to keep the body very active through maintenance and nourishment but at the end of it all they are vanities which leads to nothing and spiritually unprofitable and physically uncapable because they lack the spirit of God in all their activities.
Beloved Brethren, please it is only the spirit that can quicken a man and make him alive, giving him abundant and eternal life through the word of Christ. When a man receives the Word of Christ into his heart and life, he begins to live and actually experiences the spirit of God entering into his life and starts to experience real life.
The Bible said—“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John:10:10 (KJV)
“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” Romans:8:11 (KJV)
“And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;” Ephesians:2:1 (KJV)
“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5. Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) Ephesians:2:4-5 (KJV)
Jesus Christ is so important in our life because there is no way we can have a good relationship with God and have the power to be children of God without first having Jesus in our life to direct us to the part of righteousness to enable us inherit eternal life — which is the Kingdom of Heaven prepared for us from the foundation of the world.
The Bible said—“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John:14:6 (KJV)
“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” John:1:12 (KJV)
“Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:” Matthew:25:34 (KJV)
Please Repent now for the Kingdom of God is at Hand. Let Jesus be in your life Continually.

PRAYER== “Righteous Father, I thank you for today that you have made, I will be glad and rejoice in it. Holy Father, I thank you for your message of salvation that has touched my life. God I am a miserable sinner but today that I have heard your word I have decided to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. Faithful Father wash away my sins now with the precious blood of Jesus Christ and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. God I thank you for washing away my sins with the blood of Jesus Christ. God I thank you for saving my life. God I thank you for the new life you have given me and I beg you Righteous Father to give me power to sustain this new life you have given me and to make heaven at last. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ I have prayed. Amen.”
