Your Excellency, please Jesus Christ has given you the scriptures above and there are many more in the Holy Bible for you and your law makers to save your lives and to enable you all to build a strong nation to the glory of God. Please God wants us to work according to the will of God which is the Holy Bible and not fight against God and the Lord Jesus Christ of which you have chosen to disobey the God that kept you as the president of Rwanda for twenty years when others are spending maximum of eight or ten year in the office without shedding blood to stay put in the office. God have mercy!
Your Excellency, please nobody has the power to dictate for God where the Children of God will worship God or the qualification for serving God and the Lord Jesus Christ but we are expected to be subject to the high power through the servants of God that God has given to us to feed us with the word of God for our spiritual growth to avoid persecuting Jesus Christ. Very unfortunate these are the servants of God that are praying for you and the lawmakers and those in authority. God have mercy!
The bible said—“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;” 1st Timothy:2:1-5
“Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.” Psalm:2:10-11
Your Excellency, please the former president of USA from 1933 said, “I ask that our people devote themselves to a continuance of prayer. As we rise to each new day, and again when each day is spent, let words of prayers be on our lips.” By Franklin D Roosevelt. Please this is a statement from a reasonable and God fearing president and that is why USA is a great nation in the world today. But Africa leaders are busy fighting God and destroying the resources of their nations because they don’t have Jesus Christ in their lives and in their families. God have mercy!

Your Excellency please the disciples of Jesus Christ were ignorant and unlearned people and where not important in the society but Jesus Christ ordained and anointed them which made them very important in the society through the power and authority given by Christ Jesus. Please anyone fighting the servants of God and the church of God all over the world is persecuting Jesus Christ and shall surely die if the person refused to repent because nobody fights God and survive it.
The bible said—“See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever. If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me. I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.” Deuteronomy:32:39-42
“But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.” Luke:19:27 Please every person fighting the gospel of Jesus Christ is an enemy of God and shall surely die, thus the blood of Jesus Christ and the fire of God shall destroy them with double destruction. In Jesus name. Amen.
Your Excellency, please King Pharaoh of Egypt declared war against God and the Lord Jesus Christ and he paid dearly for it. Egypt was destroyed and all the first born in Egypt Died as a result of King Pharaoh disobedience to God.
The bible said—“And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go.” Exodus:5:2
“And Pharaoh’s servants said unto him, How long shall this man be a snare unto us? let the men go, that they may serve the LORD their God: knowest thou not yet that Egypt is destroyed?” Exodus:10:7
The bible said—“And it came to pass, that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle. And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead.” Exodus:12:29-30
Your Excellency, please King Saul of Israel disobeyed God and also planned to kill young David the Lord’s anointed of which he died along with his three sons. Please King Saul of Israel and his three sons and the Armour bearer died because of the disobedience of King Saul.
The bible said—“And the battle went sore against Saul, and the archers hit him; and he was sore wounded of the archers. And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise upon his sword, and died with him. So Saul died, and his three sons, and his armourbearer, and all his men, that same day together.” 1st Samuel:31:3,5-6
“So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it; And inquired not of the LORD: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.” 1st Chronicles:10:13-14
Your Excellency, please God Almighty said, “The President Paul Kagame of Rwanda shall surely die! President Paul Kagame Shall surely die!! President Paul Kagame shall surely die if the President and the lawmakers refused to Cancel and destroy the new obnoxious law that is against God and the Lord Jesus Christ, thus affecting the work of the Kingdom of God. Please remember if you fight God, nobody can deliver you out of the hand of God hence you will die and your wife will become a widow and your children fatherless. and all your efforts and your labour in life shall be wasted, so I counsel you by Christ Jesus to cancel and destroy that useless law that will destroy your life and your family. Please if you refused to cancel and destroy the new obnoxious law immediately, you shall die and perish after ninety days and the zeal of the Lord of host will perform this. In Jesus name. Amen. However, the wish of God is for you to live in good health and prosperity by Christ Jesus and that is my prayer for you and your family. In Jesus name. Amen.
The bible said—“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.” Ecclesiastes:12:13-14
